Analyst/Assistant Manager/Manager/Assistant Vice President - Digital Analytics

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing full leadership and supervisory support to the team, applying your in-depth disciplinary knowledge to offer value-added perspectives and advisory services. Your role will involve contributing to the development of new techniques, models, and plans within your area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential as you will have responsibility for the volume, quality, and timeliness of end results, as well as shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Your work will impact an entire area, ultimately affecting the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. You will have full supervisory responsibility, ensuring the motivation and development of the team through professional leadership, including tasks such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, and direction of daily tasks and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies - Identify and compile data sets using tools such as SAS, SQL, and Pyspark to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business outcomes - Document data requirements, data collection/processing/cleaning, and exploratory data analysis, potentially utilizing statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques - Specialize in digital and marketing - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients, and assets, and supervising the activity of others while maintaining high ethical standards Qualifications Required: - 2-12 years of working experience - Understanding of Adobe Analytics and strong SAS coding experience - Familiarity with financials and PNL metrics - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with senior business leaders - Knowledge of credit card business within financial services - Exposure to Digital Business and understanding of Digital Performance KPIs Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing full leadership and supervisory support to the team, applying your in-depth disciplinary knowledge to offer value-added perspectives and advisory services.
