Job Role: Test Lead Mobile & Internet BankingExperience: 5+ Years (3+ Years as a Test Lead) Certification: ITSQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) Must clear within three months of joining Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 6-8 test engineers and oversee test planning and execution. Develop test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases for web applications. Manage defect tracking, test execution, and project coordination. Interact with clients, internal teams, and external developers to understand requirements and formulate solutions. Perform effort estimation for testing projects. Monitor test execution and review business scenarios and high-level test conditions. Prepare and present key reports, including Defect Analysis, Status Reports, MIS Reports, and Test Closure Reports. Ensure regular updates in the Daily Status Report. .
