About the role
Job Title: Pega Business Architect / Product Owner Location: Pune Duration: Contract to Hire We are looking for an experienced Business Architect / Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Pega BPM . The role focuses on requirement ownership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery of BPM solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Own and drive business requirements from initiation to closure Gather, analyze, and document requirements; convert them into clear user stories Manage and prioritize product backlog using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution Support estimations, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure effective user experience design Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions using tools like MIRO Track delivery progress and communicate status to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience as Business Architect / Product Owner / Business Analyst Strong hands-on experience with Pega BPM Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and requirement tracking Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model Knowledge of UI/UX principles and exposure to UI design tools Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Good to Have Pega Business Architect (PBA) Certification Exposure to automation or integration platforms CBAP or equivalent BA certification Job Title: Pega Business Architect / Product Owner Location: Pune Duration: Contract to Hire We are looking for an experienced Business Architect / Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Pega BPM .
