Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) Consultant Experience: 46 Years Location: Chennai (Work from Office) We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) Consultant with 46 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, resolve production issues, and support HR transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC). Work on implementations, enhancements, and production support. Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions. Configure business rules, workflows, foundation objects, and role-based permissions (RBP). Perform data migration/import using Import Tools or Integration Center. Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and post-go-live activities. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams for integrations. Required Skills: 46 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience. Strong knowledge of Employee Central configuration. Experience with Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and RBP. Exposure to Data Models, MDF Objects, and Integration Center. Experience in implementation, rollout, or AMS support projects. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
