About the role
As a Growth Data Scientist at Quin, your primary responsibility is to analyze and derive actionable insights from consumer and device data. You will play a crucial role in driving user engagement, in-app behavior, feature adoption, and conversion rates, ultimately contributing to long-term customer value. This role goes beyond reporting and dashboarding, as you will be at the forefront of utilizing data science to inform product and marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user behavior across different platforms and stages of the customer lifecycle to identify trends and patterns. - Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to test hypotheses and measure success metrics. - Translate data insights into actionable product improvements and features in collaboration with product and engineering teams. - Develop predictive models for churn prediction, user segmentation, conversion likelihood, and engagement scoring to enable personalized user experiences. - Partner with the marketing team to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention strategies through data-driven targeting and segmentation. - Ensure that data-driven insights lead to tangible outcomes such as shipped features and measurable business impact. Qualifications Required: - 48+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics, with a strong background in Python and SQL. - Proficiency in A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and statistical modeling. - Ability to drive action, lead collaboration, and influence product and marketing decisions based on data insights. - Nice to have: Experience in consumer apps, wearables, IoT products, event-driven or real-time data, and machine learning for user segmentation or prediction.
