We are in the business of Turn- key Plants, Dryers, Evaporators, Mixers, Process Equipments, Boilers. Job Summary : To lead and oversee 3D piping design activities, ensuring high-quality design and compliance with industry standards for distillery and evaporator projects. This role involves coordination, design validation, and supervision of the 3D modelling process for efficient and safe piping systems. Key Responsibilities : Experience in Managing handling 3D piping team Close Co-ordination with inter departments related to piping team Close Co-ordination with site engineer related to piping team during erection/commission. Experience in piping modeling reviewing in Distillation, Evaporation, liquefaction fermentation sections. Review checking piping models as per process/instrument basis. Working experience on Distillation, Evaporation Auto Cad plant 3D software. Proficient in developing equipment layout, piping layout from P ID. Experience on AutoCAD for 2D study routing mechanical drawings. Experience in creating Isometric drawing. Experience in create equipment, pump, PHE, nozzle orientation routing the piping in AutoCAD plant 3D. Experience in create BOM in AutoCAD Plant 3D. Experience in Pump PHE civil foundation details. Close co-ordination with drafting team for correct errorless submission. Key Skills and Qualifications : Qualification : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Technical Skills : Proficiency in 3D piping design software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Smart Plant 3D, PDMS, or equivalent. Strong understanding of piping systems, PIDs, and equipment layouts. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME- B36.10, B36.19, B16.5, B16.9, B16.10etc., API, ANSI). Experience : Minimum 6 9 years of experience in piping design, with at least 2 3 years in a lead or reviewer role. Hands-on experience with distillery and evaporator projects is mandatory. Soft Skills : Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and coordination skills. Position : 01 Note : This role requires candidates with prior experience in distillery or evaporator erection projects, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
