Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee the construction and execution of distillery and evaporator projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities : Plan, schedule, and oversee the construction phases from start to finish. Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Regularly inspect and monitor construction activities to meet engineering and regulatory requirements. Prepare, review, and manage construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other relevant documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for easy reference and auditing. Design and Agency Coordination Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies for smooth execution. Ensure proper communication and alignment between design and on-ground execution. Provide accurate cost estimates and track expenses to maintain budget compliance. Monitor and manage site execution to prevent cost overruns. Billing and Contractor Management Oversee contractor billing processes, ensuring accurate measurements and timely approvals. Validate contractor work against agreed-upon contracts and schedules. Conduct periodic quality checks and address any deviations in construction activities. Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project standards. Qualifications and Skills : Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-8 years of experience in site civil engineering, particularly in industrial projects like distilleries and evaporators. Proficiency in construction documentation and software tools. Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety standards, and quality control. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively. Experience : 5 to 8 years Note : This role requires candidates with prior experience in distillery or evaporator erection projects, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
