About the role
Program Manager New Product Development | Mobility Business Reliance is scaling up giga-factory operations to serve the rapidly growing EV market. As part of this journey, we are looking for a Program Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) for our next-generation mobility product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of customer requirements, engineering, supplier management, and compliance - making it a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys driving programs end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Translate customer engagement inputs into clear and detailed product specifications Develop targeted specs and drive trade-off analysis - understanding the system-level impact when improving one parameter affects another Work closely with the technology team across the entire product development lifecycle Coordinate with suppliers to ensure part-level specification adherence Build product documentation - control plans, drawings, and process flows - in collaboration with technology and manufacturing teams Define the project charter, set milestones, and track program execution against them Lead product safety, regulatory compliance, and third-party validation at recognized testing facilities Who would be a great fit Someone with a mechanical engineering background and a solid understanding of cell chemistry - capable of bridging the worlds of hardware engineering and electrochemistry. Experience in running at least one full NPD cycle for a hardware product will be a strong advantage.
