As a Flow Assurance Engineer, your role involves providing technical support by performing simulations, calculations, and preparing technical reports for management. You will play a crucial part in planning, scheduling, and offering valuable flow assurance inputs for field production activities throughout the field's lifespan. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining flow assurance aspects related to pipeline erosion, liquid loading, slugging, and wax formation in pipelines - Providing inputs for hydrate inhibitor optimization in gas wells - Conducting sensitivity studies, transient thermal & hydraulic modeling simulations to support the design and operation of offshore and onshore facilities - Performing single-phase and transient simulations, analyzing results, and providing reports to the Production team - Working towards achieving Flow assurance KPIs and troubleshooting identified flow assurance challenges - Resolving engineering issues using accepted principles, codes, guidelines, and standards - Supporting engineering activities during Detailed Engineering projects - Utilizing production software expertise in model building and using tools like OLGA, PIPESIM, Aspen Plus, and UOCC - Having knowledge in Integrated Asset Modeling (PROSPER-MBALL-GAP) and HYSYS is desirable Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in Applied Petroleum, Reservoir, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering To excel in this role, you should possess: - Understanding of Onshore and Offshore (subsea) production systems and well performance analysis - Familiarity with well operation - Proficiency in single-phase and multiphase flow analysis, including making presentations and reports - Knowledge of flow assurance issues and hydrate mitigation measures - Hands-on experience with process simulation software - Understanding of flow assurance challenges in mature fields, reservoir engineering, and artificial lift systems - Knowledge and understanding of applicable standards and guidelines This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Oil & Gas field operations.
