Camunda Architect/Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Camunda Architect / Sr. Architect with strong hands-on expertise in BPM solutions and Java-based enterprise architectures. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, architecturally sound, and capable of leading teams in an Agile environment. Experience Required 9-14 years of overall IT experience 3+ years on any BPM technology Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda 8.x Must-Have Technical Skills 8+ years of expertise in Java (1.6+) / J2EE / Java EE Strong experience with SOAP & REST Web Services Hands-on with Spring (Core, Boot, Batch, MVC) Experience with Hibernate, JPA, JMS, Camel, Maven Experience with any relational database Strong exposure to Camunda / RedhatjBPM implementations Excellent knowledge of integration frameworks and enterprise architecture Nice-to-Have UI development experience (preferably React or AngularJS ) Key Responsibilities Architecture formulation and finalization for BPM solutions Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and delivery plans Finalize functional requirements with business stakeholders Lead solution design, estimation, and implementation planning Perform code reviews against business and functional requirements Manage versioning and release processes Drive development and source code management best practices Deliver reusable components and scalable architectures Technically lead and mentor development and support teams Collaborate closely with internal and client stakeholders in Agile mode Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Client-facing confidence with ability to handle Agile delivery Ability to manage and guide small teams
