As an Appian Developer at Religent Systems, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions with a focus on intelligent document processing, automation, and system integration. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement scalable Appian applications and business workflows. - Build, train, and optimize document extraction models using Appian AI Doc Center (Doc AI). - Lead solution design, architecture, technical implementation, and deployment activities. - Configure document classification, extraction, validation, and processing workflows. - Transform extracted document data into business-ready formats and downstream system structures. - Develop integrations with enterprise applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and automation platforms. - Build end-to-end automation solutions connecting Appian, AI Doc Center, RPA tools, and external systems. - Implement monitoring, logging, exception handling, and operational tracking mechanisms. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure adherence to Appian best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience. - Strong expertise in Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Interfaces, Integrations, and overall Appian Architecture. - Proven experience with Appian AI Doc Center (Doc AI). - Strong understanding of OCR, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation. - Experience integrating Appian with REST/SOAP services and third-party applications. - Knowledge of RPA platforms and automation frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and lead technical solution delivery.
