Oracle HCM Functional-Consultant

The Role- We are seeking experienced and dynamic Oracle HCM Functional Consultants to work on enterprise-grade Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM modules and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions. What you need for this role- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field. Experience: 5 10 years overall experience with 3+ years in Oracle HCM Functional consulting. Functional Expertise Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional modules . Hands-on experience in modules such as: Core HR Payroll Absence Management Talent Management Recruiting Performance Management Compensation Management Experience in requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and solution design. Strong understanding of HCM business processes and workflows . Knowledge of security roles, approvals, and configurations . Familiarity with OTBI reporting and analytics . Experience in testing, UAT support, and production support activities. Preferred Skills Exposure to Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle projects. Experience working with technical teams on integrations and reports. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills. Oracle HCM certifications will be an added advantage. What you will be doing- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules as per client requirements. Conduct GAP analysis and recommend best-fit Oracle solutions. Prepare functional design documents and process flows. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations. Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Provide end-user training and functional support. Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution demonstrations. Ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM projects.
