Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Gurugram, Haryana Budget: 25K to 28K Job Type: Full-time working Days: 6days Experience: 1.6 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Outlook and Office 365 environments, handling hardware and basic network troubleshooting, and working confidently with both remote and on-site users. The candidate should be well-versed in ticketing tools, service level agreements (SLAs), incident resolution, and service requests.
