Hiring | Consumer Commerce IDT Business Analyst - FTE We're looking for an experienced Consumer Commerce IDT Business Analyst to join a global team driving D2C eCommerce platform transformation. Locations: Kolkata| Mumbai | Bengaluru |Gurugram | Hyderabad Experience: 9+ Years Notice Period: Immediate joiners only . Required Skills: 9+ years of Business Analysis experience in Digital/eCommerce environments Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, or similar eCommerce platforms Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence (ServiceNow is a plus) Knowledge of DevSecOps, platform integrations, and eCommerce ecosystems Strong experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration SQL/Data Analysis knowledge is an added advantage . Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and technical requirements for Consumer Commerce platforms Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Agile environments Collaborate with global business stakeholders, architects, and development teams Drive platform governance, compliance, DevSecOps, and continuous improvements Support global platform rollouts and digital transformation initiatives .
