Job Responsibility 1 Process Planning Process design with in process checks for HPDC LPDC components for mass production 2 Facility Planning & set up Preparation of Equipment specification layouts procurement of machines involving Technical evaluation through tendering process installation & commissioning 3 Capacity expansion for existing set up by Bottleneck identification & elimination by Kaizens & cycle time reduction 4 New technology introduction for supporting the desirable Manufacturing process in casting shops 5 Proactively Identification of defects gaps to design foolproofings in casting manufacturing process 6 Development and design of jigs fixtures inspection gauges skills 1 Domain knowledge of manufacturing processes & machining processes involved in 5C components drawing reading Knowledge of process quality control parameters and techniques 2 Hands on experience on equipment plant set up Die development related to casting shop for HPDC LPDC 3 Product development design Concepts of HPDC LPDC Knowledge of calculation of Casting parameters Casting component & casting equipment design 4 knowledge of Uni graphics Auto cad Magma Simulation 5 Ability to effectively communicate specific requirements with suppliers and monitor the overall development process at supplier end 6 Strategic Thinking & Strong execution orientation and problem solving approach
