Manager - IT

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager - IT with strong skills in IT Compliance, Governance, Innovative Thinking, IT Security, Troubleshooting, and IT Risk Management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-11 years of experience in managing IT operations and enforcing IT standards and policies. This key leadership role is based in our Bengaluru office and will be an integral part of our dynamic IT team. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the IT team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 2. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and IT standards. 3. Oversee IT governance to ensure that all systems and processes are working effectively and efficiently. 4. Foster a culture of innovative thinking and continuous improvement to keep the company ahead of IT trends. 5. Prioritize IT security to protect company data and systems from potential threats. 6. Troubleshoot IT-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions. 7. Implement IT risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks. 8. Collaborate with other department heads to align IT strategy with business objectives. 9. Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of IT resources and systems. 10. Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 7-11 years of experience in IT management. 2. Proven experience in IT compliance and governance. 3. Strong background in IT security and risk management. 4. Excellent troubleshooting skills. 5. Ability to think innovatively and strategically. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 9. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
