Job Responsibility1.Development of New Hot Rolled Flat products as per the Annual Business Plan of the company in the hot rolling mill(s) assigned 2.Solving of chronic quality problems in hot rolled products3.Improvement of products and processes in hot rolling area4.Writing of technical notes so that Sr. Management is abreast of the latest development in flat hot rolling
Skill 1.Development of New Products2.Develop and execute project charter for each new product.3.Collect and analyze plant data to assess internal process capability and Interact with TG heads4.Identify Negative Impacts/Risks and implement plan to overcome risk5.Organize and execute safe and cost effective trials for new product developments6.Testing and Product Characterization as per customer Requirements 7.Creation of Technical Delivery Condition (TDC)8.Solving of chronic issues Conversant with Statistical tools.Behavioural Competencies Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role1.Drive for results2.Customer orientation.3.Interpersonal effectiveness
