Position description: Junior Revit Modeller / Editor, to enable accurate and smooth functioning of design, estimation, planning dept and site execution.

Primary Responsibilities: Revit Modelling / Editing basis Autocad Drawings (MEP) Identifying clashes, getting them addressed from relevant team members and updating model Quantity extraction of items as required by estimation Required Services GFC extraction Generating project models along with (arch+RCC+ landscape) modeller

1. Efficiently building the model for residential buildings keeping in mind possible changes and how efficiently and quickly can they be accommodated in the model.

2. Correctness of the model.

3. Detailed drafting of all services on the model with zero errors.

Required Competencies:

Required Knowledge:

1. Understanding of 2D autocad drawings (arch, SMEP, landscape) and 3D visualization

2. Promptness to raise concerns at appropriate times and getting them resolved by concerned team member

3. Willingness to incorporate procedural inputs to Revit model

4. Adequate understanding to alter/change materials in Revit model based on inputs by other relevant dept.
