PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : 1.Maintain the sop and upgrade quality of output. 2.Own the project for time and quality deliverables from planning to handover stage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1.Thoroughly studying drawings from all consultants and resolve discrepancies at planning stage. 2.Creating drawings as required incorporating changes required by marketing, liasoning and estimation. 3.Produce coordinated and superimposed drawings for timely review. 4.Create area statements and analysis sheets as required. 5.Integrate inputs from engineers and estimators in standard operating procedures. 6.Respond RFI and issue drawings and specifications to match site deliverables. 7.Create reports to communicate with consultants and management ( weekly task, project stage wise report) 8.Check 3d Revit model and incorporate the changes time to time.(planning to execution stage) 9.Diligently follow time schedules, deadlines and checklists for project progress. 10.Communicating the delay or problems to seniors and team over emails time to time. 11.Follow standard operating procedure approved by functional coordinator of the team. 12.Minimizing revisions in drawings and issue precise drawings to site in ERP established procedure. 13.Coordinating with in-house purchase department and create mood boards. 14.Guide the process executors time to time to create efficient output. KEY DELIVERABLES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES 1.Minute details of project evaluated timely. 2.Maintaining a healthy and ethical work culture. KEY CHALLENGES 1.Prioritizing work from various projects. 2.Communicating team leaders for procedural problems. IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE Knowledge 1.Autodesk, Microsoft offices, Photoshop ,sketch up and REVIT basic software 2.Project workflow – planning & Execution 3.Site checking methods Skill 1.Due diligence at appropriate stage. 2.Apt Communication skills.
