Deploy Windows operating systems and software applications. Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory policies. Implement security measures to protect endpoint systems. Provide technical support to end users for device-related issues. Execute PowerShell scripts for automated tasks and device management. Monitor and manage device performance and usage. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies. Develop and maintain documentation for endpoint management procedures. Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve advanced technical issues. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and practices. Manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices, including provisioning and retirement. Conduct training sessions for end users on device usage and best practices. Assess and recommend new tools and technologies for endpoint management. Perform regular audits to ensure compliance and security standards. Provide input for budget planning related to endpoint device procurement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. 2+ years of experience in endpoint management or IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (10 and 11). Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM). Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation. Familiarity with Active Directory and group policies. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues. Knowledge of security practices for endpoints. Experience in networking concepts and technologies. Excellent communication skills for user support. Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
