Power Apps Consultant As a Power Apps Consultant, you will play a vital role in our organization by developing and implementing customized applications that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Your expertise in Microsoft Power Apps will allow you to transform our business processes, automate tasks, and facilitate better data management. By leveraging your knowledge of app development and integration, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new applications. Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and SQL databases. Optimize existing applications for better performance and user experience. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure application functionality and reliability. Provide technical support and training to end-users on how to efficiently utilize Power Apps. Document application designs, user guides, and technical specifications. Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Power Apps and related technologies. Work within Agile project management frameworks to deliver projects on time. Identify opportunities for process automation and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless application deployment and integration. Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of software quality. Continuously gather user feedback to drive iterative improvements in applications. Assist in defining app governance, security policies, and compliance requirements. Engage with other consultants and developers to share best practices and knowledge. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in application development using Power Apps. Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate and Power BI. Strong understanding of database management and data modeling. Experience with integrating APIs and third-party services. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong attention to detail and an eye for design. Experience working in a collaborative environment, leveraging tools like Teams or Jira. Knowledge of security best practices related to app development. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies are a plus. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. Proven track record of successful project delivery. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
