Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Create high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly data visualizations. Utilize DAX to create complex measures and calculations to support reporting needs. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI. Conduct data modeling to create a single version of the truth. Ensure all datasets comply with data governance and security standards. Monitor and optimize performance of reports and dashboards. Provide training and support to end-users on using Power BI tools. Document processes, data sources, and best practices for reporting. Stay updated on latest trends and features of Power BI. Assist in troubleshooting issues related to data discrepancies and visualization failures. Work closely with IT teams to integrate Power BI with existing databases. Participate in team meetings to share insights and reporting strategies. Support ad-hoc reporting requests when required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management. Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query. Experience with ETL tools and processes. Solid SQL skills for querying and managing databases. Familiarity with other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.
