Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI. Collaborate with business analysts to gather integration requirements. Configure and manage integration flows for various applications. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues effectively. Document integration processes and technical specifications. Create and maintain data mappings between systems. Perform system testing and validation for integration scenarios. Utilize API management tools for effective data exchange. Develop reusable integration components to streamline workflows. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Stay updated with new features and enhancements in SAP CPI. Engage in performance tuning activities for optimized system operation. Train end-users on integration functionalities and best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful integration deployment. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Ensure compliance with data security protocols and standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in SAP CPI or similar integration platforms. Strong understanding of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of integration design patterns and methodologies. Experience with data transformation and mapping tools. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies. Proficient in JavaScript or Groovy script for custom solutions. Ability to work with integration monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Able to work in a team environment as well as independently. Knowledge of SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus. Understanding of enterprise architecture and overall IT landscape. Certifications in SAP CPI or relevant technology are preferred.
