A Senior Full Stack Developer not only contributes code but also mentors junior developers, influences project architecture, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. Collaborate with product management and design teams to create intuitive interfaces. Implement responsive designs to enhance user experience across devices. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end consumption. Optimize application performance and scalability through code reviews and performance tuning. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Implement security and data protection measures. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices. Manage database systems and data processing solutions. Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning and retrospectives. Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software development. Collaborate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Efficiently manage version control workflows. Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with React.js and Node.js frameworks. Strong understanding of RESTful web services and APIs. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience working with version control tools such as Git. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices. Ability to write unit and integration tests. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes. Experience in creating documentation and technical specifications. Strong capabilities in debugging and troubleshooting applications.
