About the role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SD configuration, business process analysis, end-user support, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects is preferred. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP SD processes, including: Sales Order Management Pricing and Billing Shipping and Transportation Credit Management Returns and Refunds Output Determination Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments. Perform system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, and production support projects. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM. Conduct user training and prepare project documentation. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in SAP SD. Strong knowledge of: Sales Order Processing Pricing Procedures Billing and Invoicing Delivery Processing Output Determination Credit Management Intercompany Sales Third-Party Sales Consignment Processes Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of SD integration with MM, FI, PP, and WM. Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS) and conducting UAT. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field. SAP SD Certification is preferred. Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project. Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP Activate methodology is an advantage
