Job Description Job Title: Principal product Owner Department : IT Section: SAP Business Application Location : Chennai Educational Qualifications: ICWA/CA/ MBA Finance with SAP FI Certification with Costing Knowledge Additional Qualification: SAP FI/CO - S/4HANA Certification Total Experience : 10 to 15 Years of Industry experience & 7to 9 Years of SAP Pratice Experience Industry: / Industry / Sector Fin Tech, Manufacturing, Insurance, NBFC , Retail . Role Description: Strategic Advisor to the CFO Take independent decisions for the company while working with the core Team. Enable new functionality in SAP FI/CO Module / other IT systems/ Implementing & rollout projects Handling Implement changes in statutes in SAP as applicable Integrate SAP with other systems as required. Training new and existing users on SAP FI/CO Module Identify potential areas in SAP / IT which can bring in business benefits Help in Financial Planning using tolls like BPC/SAC and also having exposure to Consolidation using tools like SAP GR Co-ordinate with other modules such as FI, SD, MM etc., which have an impact on FI modules to ensure the companys requirements are met in a consistent manner. Trouble shooting / Clarifications to users Provide reports to users working with the ABAP team or through business intelligence Provide work around to users whenever SAP does not meet the requirements directly. Preparing Functional Spec for the development , Knowledge in Non Banking function, Costing , Treausery are added advantage .
