AM/ DM - Process Engineer - Designing (ASPEN)

Job responsibilities: Develop, validate, and implement process models using advanced simulation tools (e.g., Dynochem, Aspen Plus , MixIT and other CFD). Conduct dynamic and steady-state simulations to optimize batch processes. Collaborate with R&D in designing efficient and robust production processes. Support Identification of process bottlenecks, propose optimization strategies and support technology transfer. Analyze experimental and manufacturing data to support model development and validation. Provide actionable insights to improve process performance, yield, and quality. Document and communicate process insights to stakeholders as needed. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
