In this role, you will drive product development initiatives, apply mechanical engineering principles, and collaborate across departments to bring innovative solutions to life in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities Product Development: Drive end-to-end product development projects from initial concept through to final validation and implementation, ensuring project milestones and technical requirements are met. Engineering Development: Apply core engineering principles to analyze, evaluate, and develop mechanical components and systems. Team Guidance & Leadership: Mentor and guide team members through development workflows, facilitating smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams. Process & Component Optimization: Evaluate component specifications and development workflows to enhance overall product reliability, efficiency, and performance. Root-Cause & Issue Resolution: Investigate technical issues during development phases, conduct root-cause evaluations, and implement effective engineering solutions. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3 to 8 years in mechanical or automotive engineering focused on product development. Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Production Engineering. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in engineering development principles and methodologies. Solid background in automotive engineering and manufacturing development . Key Attributes: Proven team handling capabilities, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
