Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Network Solution Design & Implementation Engineer to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise networking solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LAN, WAN, Data Center, Wireless, Network Security, and IT Infrastructure Projects with strong expertise in solution design, implementation, troubleshooting, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Solution Design Understand customer business and technical requirements. Design enterprise network infrastructure solutions. Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Network Architecture, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Develop network diagrams using Microsoft Visio. Participate in technical discussions, solution presentations, and design workshops. Network Implementation Install, configure, and commission enterprise networking solutions. Configure Layer-2 and Layer-3 switches. Configure enterprise routers and wireless controllers. Implement VLANs, STP, RSTP, MSTP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, and static routing. Configure enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions. Deploy SD-WAN solutions. Configure QoS and network optimization policies. Data Center & Infrastructure Deploy Data Center Switching solutions. Configure Core, Distribution, and Access Layer Networks. Implement Network Redundancy and High Availability. Configure Server Connectivity and Storage Networking. Support structured cabling and fiber backbone deployments. Network Security Configure Firewalls. Configure VPN (Site-to-Site & Remote Access). Implement Network Access Control (NAC). Configure Network Segmentation. Apply network security best practices. Monitoring & Support Perform network health checks. Configure network monitoring tools. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues. Support customer incidents within SLA. Prepare implementation and commissioning reports. Experience 38 Years in Enterprise Networking, Solution Design, and Network Implementation. Preferred Certifications CCNA CCNP Enterprise Extreme Certified Professional (ECP) Aruba Certified Professional (ACP) NSE (Fortinet) JNCIA (Preferred) ITIL Foundation (Preferred) Soft Skills Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong customer communication and presentation skills. Team player with leadership capabilities. Good documentation and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
