About the role
Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Presales & Solution Design Understand customer business and technical requirements. Design end-to-end enterprise networking and IT infrastructure solutions. Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Solution Architecture, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Develop techno-commercial proposals and response documents for RFP/RFQ/RFI. Prepare compliance matrices, technical write-ups, and product comparisons. Conduct customer presentations, technical workshops, and product demonstrations. Enterprise Networking Design and implement Campus LAN, Data Center, WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN, and Network Security solutions. Configure and support Extreme Networks switching and wireless solutions. Design network redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery architectures. Perform network assessment, capacity planning, and optimization. Smart City Projects Design networking infrastructure for Smart City initiatives. Plan and integrate: Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS) CCTV Surveillance Command & Control Centers (ICCC) Public Wi-Fi Fiber Backbone IoT-enabled Smart Solutions Access Control Systems Video Management Systems (VMS) Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and government agencies during project execution. Project Support Participate in customer meetings and site surveys. Support implementation teams during deployment and commissioning. Coordinate with OEMs for solution validation and technical approvals. Assist procurement in product selection and BOM optimization.
