Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Automation & Manual Tester with 6–8 years of experience in software testing, including strong hands-on expertise in automation frameworks and manual testing methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and executing automated test scripts, performing manual test validation, and ensuring the quality and reliability of web and API-based applications. This is an individual contributor role (not a lead position).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related tools
• Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and prepare test cases
• Implement BDD practices using Cucumber or similar tools
• Execute automated and manual test cases and report defects effectively
• Perform API testing for RESTful services
• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter (if required)
• Validate authentication mechanisms such as SSO and OAuth
• Perform database validation using SQL queries (Oracle preferred)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Must Have Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Automation and Manual Testing

• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium with Java

• Experience with Cucumber (BDD framework)

• Good understanding of JUnit/TestNG

• Experience in API Testing (RESTful services)

• Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts (Functional, Regression, Integration, System testing)

• Experience in writing SQL queries (Oracle preferred)

• Good understanding of defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have Skills

• Experience with JMeter (Performance Testing)

• Knowledge of SSO and OAuth authentication

• Exposure to accessibility testing tools (Lighthouse or similar)

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Basic Unix/Linux knowledge
