BIW PFE

Develop BIW manufacturing process plans. Define welding sequences and joining technologies (Spot, MIG/MAG, Laser, Adhesive, Clinching). Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, and Control Plans. Design and validate BIW welding fixtures and tooling. Perform robotic cell layout and cycle time optimization. Conduct line balancing and capacity studies. Prepare manufacturing documentation and work instructions. Support prototype builds, pilot production, and production launch. Coordinate with product design teams to improve manufacturability. Resolve manufacturing issues during vehicle development.
