Experience in handling complex designs of Brackets and shields (both plastic and sheet metal) with experience of design for manufacturability. Extensive experience in developing CAD designs in CATIA, based on Engineering direction for above mentioned commodities. Facilitating Engineering review of the CAD using available collaborative tools such as Teams, IM, emails etc. Understanding the geometric requirements within the context of the vehicle as defined by engineering requirements. Applying GD&T for completed designs. Ensuring the quality of CAD, meeting CAD / Manufacturing Design standards. Executing as well as checking the progress of the Designs, and suggest alternatives whenever required to make sure that the deliverables are met with the appropriate quality for each milestone of the Product Development process.
