Required Skills Core Java Spring Boot REST APIs Kafka MongoDB SQL/Database Jenkins React.js Microservices Git Responsibilities Design and develop scalable enterprise applications. Lead and mentor a team of 58 developers . Design and implement Microservices and REST APIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices. Support CI/CD processes and application deployments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in Java application development. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, Databases, Jenkins, MongoDB, and ReactJS . Proven experience leading a team of 5–8 members . Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to a 30-day notice period are preferred.
