peopleSoft Finance Techno Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1/9.2 . The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in both functional and technical aspects of PeopleSoft Finance, with proven experience in end-to-end implementation, upgrades, integrations, and production support. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis. Design, develop, configure, and support PeopleSoft Finance solutions. Customize and enhance PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools technologies. Work across PeopleSoft FSCM modules to deliver business solutions. Develop and support integrations using Integration Broker and Component Interfaces. Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and issue resolution. Execute PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades and Selective Adoption. Perform data migration, system enhancements, and performance optimization. Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1/9.2 functional and technical modules. Experience in 2–3 full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade projects . Strong expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, SIT/UAT support, production support, and data migration. Experience working with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Selective Adoption . Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials and third-party integrations is an added advantage. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Candidates must have strong Techno-Functional expertise. Profiles with only functional consulting or only technical development experience will not be considered.
