Product Designer(UI/UX)- US Based Product SaaS Company-Remote (Pune)

Role & responsibilities Own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design. Design intuitive, user-centric, and accessible digital experiences using Figma and Design Systems. Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate them into effective design solutions. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Create user flows, interactive prototypes, and maintain scalable UI components and Design Systems. Drive continuous improvement by championing user-first design and enhancing the overall product experience. Preferred candidate profile 5-7 years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design with a solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design. Expertise in User Research, UX/UI Design, Prototyping, Interaction Design, and Design Systems. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lucid, Jira, and Google Workspace. Experience designing enterprise (B2B/B2B2C) software products; knowledge of React, Angular, or Material Design is a plus. Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and Agile working experience. Startup experience and an interest in leveraging AI for design innovation are added advantages. .
