UI UX Designer for IT Product Company-Pune

You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into storyboards and create visual designs using prototyping tools. Additionally, you will illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, design graphic user interface elements, build page navigation buttons and search fields, and develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. You will also create original graphic designs, prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, identify and troubleshoot UX problems, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. Moreover, you should have the ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision, keep up with new trends in design and technology, and display competencies in interaction design, systems thinking, and product design. Qualifications required: - 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer building enterprise software products - Degree from a top design school in India e.g. NID, MIT-ID - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role - Built a portfolio of design projects - Excellent knowledge of wireframe tools - Ability to turn designs into basic front-end code (HTML/CSS) for implementation by a development team - Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Good time-management skills - Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, and other software and tools to provide a complete solution - Experience in drawing mock-ups, Visio flows, data flow, and sequence diagrams - Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies - Experience in design across multiple device types and contexts - Experience in the Construction Technology industry is a huge plus.
