Ui Ux Designer

As a UI/UX Designer for our company based in Pune, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include translating ideas into storyboards, creating visual designs using prototyping tools, designing graphic user interface elements, building page navigation buttons, and developing UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate site functionality. Additionally, you will be required to identify and troubleshoot UX problems, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders - Translate ideas into storyboards to create visual designs using prototyping tools - Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets - Build page navigation buttons and search fields - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate site functionality - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images - Keep up with recent trends in design and technology - Competencies in interaction design, systems thinking, and product design Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer building enterprise software products - Degree from a top design school in India e.g. NID, MIT ID - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role - Portfolio of design projects - Excellent knowledge of wireframe tools - Ability to turn designs into basic front-end code (HTML/CSS) for implementation by a development team - Team spirit and solid communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Valuable time-management skills - Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, and other design software - Experience in drawing mock-ups, Visio flows, data flow, and sequence diagrams - Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies - Experience designing across multiple device types and contexts - Experience in the Construction Technology industry is a plus In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the product strategy and vision while staying updated on design and technology trends.
