Role Overview: You will be leading the creative direction for the multi-brand squad by experimenting with illustration styles to define the perfect "voice" for each product. Your focus will be on creating high-fidelity UI designs that are pixel-perfect, modern, and intuitive, balancing aesthetics with functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative direction for the multi-brand squad, experimenting with illustration styles - Design high-fidelity UI interfaces that are pixel-perfect and intuitive - Infuse Indian vibes into every design for a diverse audience - Utilize AI to prototype quickly and free up time for creative thinking - Master 3D and depth techniques for premium visual assets - Collaborate with the engineering team to create kinetic storytelling experiences Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in Visual Design, UI Design, Motion Design, or Creative Design roles - Experience working on consumer-facing digital products, apps, or web platforms with high-quality visual experiences - Strong expertise in Visual Design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color theory, composition, spacing, hierarchy, lighting, shadows, and depth - Hands-on experience in Motion Design and Animation, including interaction motion, transitions, micro-interactions, and storytelling through motion - Strong Illustration capabilities across 2D/3D, abstract/literal styles, and brand-led visual systems - Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender, Spline, Cinema 4D, or equivalent for creating premium visual assets - Capable of creating pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI designs for mobile products - Practical experience using AI tools in design workflows for ideation, prototyping, asset generation, or workflow acceleration while maintaining originality - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), and 3D tools - Portfolio showcasing UI Design, Motion Design, Illustration, and 3D work samples - Experience in B2C Digital Products Companies - Preferred design education from a Tier 1 college - Prior experience in building multi-brand visual systems or working across multiple products simultaneously (Note: The additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description.)
