Job description Conduct time & motion (GSD/SMV) studies for all operations Calculate and maintain accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) for styles Perform line balancing to achieve maximum efficiency Monitor production efficiency, DHU, and hourly output Plan operator allocation based on skill matrix Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions Ensure proper capacity planning and target setting Support new style implementation (pilot run) Drive lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction) Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams Analyze daily production reports and suggest improvements Ensure work aids and layout optimization for smooth workflow
