About the role
Role & responsibilities Conduct time and motion studies for all garment operations. Establish SMV, manpower requirements, and production targets. Plan and implement line balancing to improve efficiency. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and utilization levels. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase output. Support production teams in achieving daily and monthly targets. Analyze bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments. Prepare and review IE reports, KPIs, and performance metrics. Train and guide the IE team on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile: Should have knits experience
