Roles and Responsibilities Position ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionRole Purpose Support the product lead with developing recent products, working on new products, driving launch of products, manage internal stakeholders / external stakeholders to ensure that launch of product is smooth. Manage, maintain & develop strong and differentiated and best-in-class product offerings. Manage the technology development and implementation of strategies to deliver product propositions& CVPs. Role Accountability Develop a product suite that is distinctive, market-leading and scalable Gathers data to come up with ideas for recent products and features including curating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working on Analyses market and competition data to create products to match and surpass current industry standards Helps in defining the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning Creates, maintains, and adjusts the product-line-level strategy and production schedules Communicates product vision to the sales and product marketing teams to obtain market share for the product Creates product requirements for the engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features Gathers customer feedback to further improve the product Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch Managing marketing calendar Required skills and qualifications Solid experience in a agile product management role Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills .
