Roles and Responsibilities Identify new product opportunities, set up processes to streamline existing operations for Demat customers Implement process revisions as per the regulatory circulars issued by SEBI & NSDL and other authorities. Liase with DP Operations team on new process implementation Collaborate with cross functional teams including Compliance, Legal, Marketing & Tech team Address the frontline queries and resolve compliance issues with regards to Demat & Trading account Monitor product performance, Define KPIs & prepare MIS to circulate to the stakeholders Preferably prior experience on Demat product role .
