About the role
As a Crash Structure Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting detailed crash analysis using CAE simulation tools such as ANSA, Hypermesh, Pam-Crash, and LS-Dyna. Your expertise in finite element modeling, material behavior under dynamic loading conditions, and regulatory standards like EuroNCAP, AIS, and FMVSS will be crucial in evaluating structural integrity and performance under high-speed impact conditions. You will need to provide countermeasures for issues identified in simulations and tests, and conduct correlation studies to enhance the accuracy of models. Additionally, you will prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements in simulation workflows.
