About the role
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with different users (from design, manufacturing, procurement, purchasing as well as their supplier) to understand their issues on V6 related process support.
Assist design users for using 3DExperience/CATIA V6 and suggest best methodologies Coordinate issues with onsite team.
Support on methods and rules required for new development processes.
Coordinate with various departments of client for effective Design support (AHM IT, HDMA).
Preparing Reports/Audits/Presentations of CATIA V6 Usage and recurring user problems.
Answer questions on CATIA V 6.0 user; Anticipated mainly from Design team.
Establishing the best methodologies for new process support.
Support data check by design .
DPM initial setup support.
