As a Drawing QC Officer at Square Yards, your role involves checking project drawing plans prepared by the design team, managing and coordinating with the design team and category team to ensure timely production and installation within the highest INCO quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties: - Well versed with modular furniture, factory-made. - Check BOQ with drawings. - Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil aspects. - Understanding of calculations such as SFT, RFT. - Ensure Drawing QC is completed within the stipulated time. - Basic knowledge of cutting list, hardware, joinery. - Familiarity with modular furniture fitting and feasibility. - Ensure all SKU codes and offerings meet INCO standards. - Material checking as per INCO standard. - Ensure designs align with measurements taken by the measurement team. - Check service details mentioned in the design. - Ensure the design matches the color requirements of the customer (2D, 3D match). Qualifications and Skills: - 3-6 years of experience in Design or factory role in Residential interior. - At least 2 years of experience in the modular furniture industry. - Knowledge of Home Decor service products and services.
