Supervise and guide site workmen to maintain required quality standards during execution. Prepare, implement, and maintain quality documentation , including inspection records, test reports, material testing, and quality checklists. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify workmanship and adherence to quality plans. Identify and report any non-conformities , and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Maintain an organized system for document control and record keeping to support project quality requirements, audits of quality and billing process. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure consistent quality standards across all site activities. Stay updated with the latest codes, standards, and best practices relevant to civil construction. Proven experience in quality assurance and control for civil engineering projects. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. Skills: Proficient in all lab equipment testing, etc. Mix design expert.
