About the role
Job Description Roles Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all mechanical engineering records received from project sites from time to time. Review and verify mechanical drawings and ensure execution of work strictly as per approved designs and drawings. Take full responsibility for all mechanical works at project sites, including coordination and documentation related to UT/RT activities and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) reports. Continuously follow up on site mechanical activities and ensure timely reporting of work completed at site. Prepare and submit mechanical work reports as required from time to time by management or project teams. Prepare PDN special requirement lists for all projects and handle all backend work from Head Office, including: Daily DPR preparation Coordination and tracking of mechanical activities Documentation and reporting Daily DPR preparation Coordination and tracking of mechanical activities Documentation and reporting Visit project sites whenever required and stay at site until the assigned work is fully completed, irrespective of the duration. Ensure proper and accurate entries in HDPE/MS registers at site for all executed work. Coordinate with the HDPE/MS site team to ensure that all required updates and reports are shared promptly on designated WhatsApp groups. Key Skills Competencies: Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering and site execution Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Experience with inspection processes (UT/RT, TPI) Good coordination, reporting, and documentation skills Willingness to travel and stay at site as required Attention to detail and accountability for site records Department Engineering Skills Required mechanical engineering Role mechanical engineering Head Office with Site Visits (as required) Education/Qualification Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering
