Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a SAP CRM techno-functional specialist. The role involves analyzing and mapping business processes to SAP CRM workflows, configuring and enhancing SAP CRM functionalities, and ensuring proper integration with SAP FICO and relevant master data. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide consulting on best practices, and translate functional needs into technical solutions. Daily tasks include system configuration, testing, documentation, and support, as well as troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing CRM processes. The role also includes working closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM solutions with overall business and IT strategies. Qualifications Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to align processes to SAP CRM workflows. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, diagnose issues, and propose data-driven solutions. Experience in Consulting within SAP environments, including stakeholder communication and solution recommendation. Knowledge of SAP FICO and its integration points with SAP CRM, including financial and controlling processes. Experience managing and maintaining Master Data in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across modules. Hands-on experience as a SAP CRM techno-functional consultant, including configuration, enhancement, and basic debugging. Familiarity with standard SAP implementation methodologies, testing processes, and documentation practices. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused language.
