About the role
As an Insights Associate Director in the Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) team at Standard Chartered, your primary role will involve promoting the proactive use of Insights and Data in decision-making for both the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) teams. Your experience in market research or business consulting, particularly in managing large-scale global insights projects, will be crucial for this role. Ideally, you should have previous experience working in SC CIB. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute robust data research/collection methodologies for CABM and CIB - Demonstrate a deep understanding of CIB client segments, behaviors, and needs - Conduct in-depth research on the effectiveness of client events organized globally by SCB, providing insights and recommendations for future planning - Design and deliver event-specific, thematic, and aggregate reports, and present them to a diverse global audience - Undertake end-to-end project management of surveys to improve research efficiency, with a focus on data management and analysis - Utilize advanced analytics tools to identify trends, causality, and actionable insights - Collaborate with the wider team to maintain events survey databases and translate insights into clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Qualtrics practitioner - Experience in research and data analysis - Proficiency in visual storytelling and presentation delivery - Strong project management skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as either Python or VBA Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
